Our programs are open to children, families, and adults—especially those affected by trauma, recovery, low income, or system involvement. Everyone is welcome, and we work to make our offerings accessible regardless of financial status or background.

Kids Yoga supports emotional regulation, body awareness, and mental well-being. Using storytelling, music, and movement, it helps children build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping strategies—all in a safe, trauma-informed setting.
Integrative Health Coaching combines nutrition guidance, lifestyle planning, and mindfulness to support long-term health and recovery. It’s especially helpful for managing chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes and for adults in recovery or transition.
Zumbini is a fun, music-based movement class for children ages 0–4 and their caregivers. It supports early development, enhances bonding, and promotes social-emotional learning through dance, rhythm, and playful interaction.
